Qualifications:

• Must possess a degree in Radiologic Technology, Medical Technology, 2D Echo Technology, Ultrasound Technology, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
• Requires technical knowledge and skills in the operation or usage of ultrasound machines and other imaging devices.
• At least two years of related work experience.
• Proficient in the operation of radiology/ultrasound equipment and achieving on-site delivery targets.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Highly responsible, accountable, detail-oriented, proactive, customer-focused, and service-oriented.

Scope of Work:

• Provide leadership during the sales process by demonstrating the full range of ultrasound products, including potential uses, capabilities, and benefits to customers.
• Offer technical and clinical expertise to support the Sales Team, helping to achieve the company’s sales and revenue objectives while enhancing long-term customer relationships.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive product training to customers on the proper use of equipment.
• Monitor installations of ultrasound products within the assigned territory or region to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain relationships.
• Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstrations and conducting customer training.
• Utilize market and product knowledge to assist the sales team in developing sales, marketing, and customer service strategies.

Scope of Work:

• Directs biomedical equipment operation by providing equipment operation demonstrations, instructing other healthcare staff in use and care of equipment and answering questions
• Supports client by installing, testing, calibrating and repairing biomedical equipment; training users; maintaining safe operations
• Approves and evaluates new equipment by conducting tests, ensuring adherence to codes and making modifications
• Installs new equipment by establishing, adjusting, calibrating and testing performance
• Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting tests and troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions
• Calls for special equipment service, evaluates service contracts and maintains equipment inventories
• Improves equipment performance by studying machine-patient interaction, conferring with equipment users, developing modifications, and collaborating with manufacturers
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Maintains safe and healthy working environment by conducting safety tests, recommending and complying with procedures, training and guiding medical and healthcare personnel and complying with codes
• Undertaking relevant research and/or attending conferences and meetings to be updated on latest trends and technologies
• Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing clients by providing excellent after-sales service (product maintenance, collection, etc.)

• Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification is advantageous

Scope of Work:

• Initiates visits to prospective clients to conduct presentation of the products
• Organising appointments and meetings with the clients to meet both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals
• Identifying customers’ needs and recommending company products that best fulfil those needs
• Sells and gives samples to prospective clients
• Identifying and establishing new clients or prospective clients within the assigned territory or area
• Informs clients for any changes in product’s price, warranty, upgrade and other important information about the products
• Makes a routine visit to different hospitals and community centres to present the products
• Advises customers on the suitable equipment or apparatus for their hospital or clinic
• Make negotiations and arranges orders and product reservations
• Meeting planned sales goals by performing necessary sales activities
• Maintaining detailed client records or database
• Undertaking relevant research and/or attending conferences and meetings to be updated on latest trends and technologies
• Submits daily accomplishment reports, weekly itinerary and other documentation necessary for sales monitoring and performance
• Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing clients by providing excellent after-sales service (product maintenance, collection, etc.)
• To achieve the set annual sales quota and other KPIs
