Job Summary
The Human Resources Officer is responsible for supporting the company’s daily HR and administrative operations. This includes recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, government compliance, records management, and executive administrative support. The role ensures that HR processes, internal coordination, and administrative functions are handled accurately, professionally, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening, interview coordination, job offers, and onboarding requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower needs and hiring requirements.
- Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns, HR inquiries, and policy guidance.
- Assist in the implementation of company policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions when needed.
- Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and timekeeping records for payroll support.
- Coordinate payroll-related concerns with the Accounting or Finance team.
- Process and monitor government-mandated employee benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
- Maintain updated employee 201 files, HR records, and confidential personnel documents.
- Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, clearance, and other HR administrative processes.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Others
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and scheduling.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications in a professional manner.
- Assist in client and project coordination, including follow-ups on action items and internal updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of HR experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and HR administration.
- Experience in handling SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG processing and monitoring.
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Law and standard HR practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
